Shipping

Everything is made by hand in Houston, Texas, then packed and posted by Mimi herself. Here's exactly what to expect between "order placed" and "parcel on your doorstep."

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We'd love to go international later — if you're outside the US and have your heart set on something, send us a note and we'll let you know when we open up.

Orders ship from Spring, Texas (Greater Houston).

Making time

Almost everything in the shop is made to order, which means your plushie doesn't exist yet when you click checkout — Mimi crochets it for you. Please allow about one week to make and pack your order before it ships. Larger or custom pieces can take longer, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Ordering for a birthday or a holiday? Message us first and we'll be honest about whether it can arrive in time.

Carriers & delivery

We ship with USPS. Once your parcel is handed over, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days anywhere in the US.

That's the carrier's estimate, not a promise — weather, holidays, and the occasional wandering parcel are outside our hands. Add our making time to it for the real picture: most orders land about two weeks after you click buy.

Shipping cost & tax

Shipping and any sales tax are calculated at checkout, on Square's secure payment page, based on your delivery address. You'll see the full total before you pay — no surprises after.

Tracking

You'll get an email from Square when your order is confirmed, and a second note with tracking once it ships. If tracking hasn't moved for a few days, that's usually a carrier scanning gap — give it 48 hours, then get in touch and we'll chase it with you.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

All sales are final — every piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. But if your order never arrived or arrived damaged, we'll put it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never showed) with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.

Digital patterns

Digital crochet patterns aren't shipped at all — you'll get a download link on your receipt straight after checkout, so there's no shipping cost and no waiting.
